After 20 years in prestigious kitchens including Alain Ducasse’s, Hélène Darroze’s, and Jean-François Piège’s, our Chef now shares his most personal culinary ritual: an ode to fresh ingredients and honest cooking.

Our concept seeks joy in the simplest things. A humble cuisine that always features local, fresh, and seasonal Ibizan ingredients. An inviting setting for epicurean practice.
